Help shape ICON’s social media – take our survey
ICON: Babies Cry, You Can Cope is asking visitors to help shape how we share advice and support online.
We use social media to reach parents, carers and professionals with information about coping with babies crying and preventing abusive head trauma. As social media platforms continue to change, we want to make sure we are focusing our efforts where they will be most helpful.
To help with this, we’ve created a short survey that takes less than a few minutes to complete. The survey asks which social media platforms people use regularly and where they would find it most useful to see information from ICON. It also asks about the potential value of a peer support group for parents.
The feedback will help us decide how to develop our social media channels so we can reach more families with important advice and support.
Dr Suzanne Smith ICON Founder, said: “We know that many parents turn to social media for reassurance and support, particularly when they are struggling with a crying baby. By understanding which platforms people use most, we can make sure ICON is sharing helpful information in the places where parents and professionals are most likely to see it.”
Your feedback will help us improve how we communicate and support families.
