Luke runs Manchester Marathon and raises over £2,000 for ICON

We’re incredibly proud to share that Luke, one of ICON’s passionate supporters, has completed the Manchester Marathon—raising more than £2,000 to help prevent abusive head trauma in babies.

Pounding the streets for 26.2 miles on a bright spring day, Luke showed incredible dedication and resilience, all in support of ICON’s vital work. Every step he took helped raise awareness of the message “Babies cry, you can cope”, and the funds he’s raised will go directly towards supporting parents and carers at risk of reaching crisis point.

Speaking after the race, Luke said: “It was tough, but knowing I was running for such an important cause kept me going. If this helps even one parent realise they’re not alone, it’ll all have been worth it.”
